The NICMS (the Scheme) is an integral part of the Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme 2007–2013 (NIRDP). This programme is part-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) with co-funding provided by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD).
