This report provides details of the Rural Needs Impact Assessments undertaken by government departments and local councils.

These reports, covering the seventh to the fifteenth scheme years of the Landfill Allowance Scheme (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2004 (as amended), summarise district council compliance with the scheme during each year.

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) commissioned a study of the composition of household waste collected at the kerbside in Northern Ireland.
