This Memorandum of Understanding is between the Environmental Protection Agency which regulates drinking water in Ireland, and the United Kingdom (UK) Drinking Water Regulators. The UK Drinking Water Regulators are the Drinking Water Inspectorate for England and Wales (DWI), the Drinking Water Quality Regulator for Scotland (DWQR) and the Drinking Water Inspectorate for Northern Ireland (DWI(NI)).
