Actual Inheritance

This TE1 form – Application for the transfer of BPS entitlements by Actual Inheritance should be completed (following the death of the holder of the entitlements and after probate has been cleared) for any requests to transfer during the 2019 trading period (1 March 2019 – 2 May 2019).  Paper applications can be submitted to the Department from 3^rd May 2018 to 2^nd May 2019 for transfer during the 2019 scheme year.

Anticipated Inheritance
