The overall goal of the Partnership is to increase the level of collaborative Research and Development (R&D) amongst researchers and industry professionals across the three jurisdictions. The 2021 US-Ireland Call in Agriculture is now open for collaborative proposals.
The US-Ireland Research and Development Partnership, launched in July 2006, is an innovative and pioneering initiative involving funding agencies across three jurisdictions: United States of America, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The partnership extended to include Agriculture in 2016 and has continued to expand ever since.
