This form should be used to transfer BPS entitlements.
Due to the early bank holiday in May 2020 being changed to Friday 8th May 2020, DAERA have amended the closing date for receipt of TE1 forms to 4th May 2020.
Actual Inheritance
This TE1 form – Application for the transfer of BPS entitlements by Actual Inheritance should be completed (following the death of the holder of the entitlements prior to or after probate has been cleared) for any requests to transfer during the period 3rd May 2019 to 4th May 2020.
