Guidelines for Independent Valuers for Tuberculosis and Brucellosis Valuations in Northern Ireland

This document provides guidance for Independent Valuers who have been selected by animal owners from the approved list of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs ( DAERA) to carry out independent valuations of diseased and in-contact cattle which will be slaughtered by  DAERA and for which the  animal owners will be compensated.
