Anticipated Inheritance

This TE1 Form – Application for the transfer of BPS entitlements by Anticipated Inheritance should be completed (you must provide evidence of the legal transfer of the land e.g. amended land deed with the completed TE1 transfer application) for any requests to transfer during the period 5th May 2020 to 4th May 2021. 

Actual Inheritance

This TE1 form – Application for the transfer of BPS entitlements by Actual Inheritance should be completed (following the death of the holder of the entitlements prior to or after probate has been cleared) for any requests to transfer during the period 5th May 2020 to 4th May 2021.
