Waste management guidance - paragraph 29 - the disposal of specified wastes at the place of production in an incinerator

The disposal of waste at the place where it is produced, by the person producing it, by burning it in an incinerator which has a net rated thermal input1 of less than 0.3 megawatt if the total amount of waste burned does not exceed 50 kg per hour.
