Licence Matrix
In order to determine which type of licence you require you will need to look at the Licence Matrix Permitted Moves document.
General Licence
Certain moves will be permitted under General Licence. General Licences which are currently available can be found at:

Specific Licence
Certain moves will be permitted under a specific licence issued by the Department which must be applied for at least 48 hours in advance of any planned move.

General licence for bird gatherings
All poultry and bird gatherings will be permitted from 00:01 on Friday 02 June 2023, provided organisers comply with the provisions of the General Licence below and that DAERA has been notified of the gatherings at least three working days prior to the event taking place. here.
