Informal Consultation on the Registration of Fish Buyers and Sellers and Designation of Fish Auction Sites (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015

The amendments do not change policy already in place but are technical in nature to replace references to obsolete EU legislation with references to the “Control Regulation” EC 1224/2009. A draft Regulatory Impact Assessment and Equality Quality Impact have been prepared and since the amendments are technical and not policy related no negative impacts are envisaged.
