Will it still be possible to transport poultry litter from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland during the transition period?

Yes. During the transition period although the UK will cease to be an EU member, the trading relationship will remain the same and it will continue to follow the EU's rules. Therefore it will still be possible to move poultry litter from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland.
