Application form for exemption permits issued under sections 54,58 and 59 of the Fisheries Act (NI) 1966.
To submit an application:
- Enter your details
- Save the form to your computer
- Email the form as an attachment to IF.StatutoryPermissions@daera-ni.gov.uk
If you have more information that you would like to send along with the application then include this when you email the completed form.
