This form must be completed by either the vessel owner(s) or purchaser(s) who wish to request a change of administration from Northern Ireland to England, Scotland or Wales.

DAERA are now accepting applications for the appointment of a Fisheries Local Action Group.

Northern Ireland Quota Management Rules

In 2014, DARD commissioned DFP's Business Consultancy Services (BCS) to undertake a triennial review of NIFHA in order to assess NIFHA's corporate governance arrangements, as well as its performance against objectives and its relationship with stakeholders.

This concordat contains a framework for enabling the four UK Fisheries
administrations to be given a greater degree of control over the management of their commercial fishing fleets, within a UK wide quota and effort management and licensing system.
