The purpose of this research study was to gather and analyse tourism information and provide evidence-based proposals for tourism development in Northern Ireland‟s forests. It is NITB and Forest Service - Assessment of the Existing and Potential Tourism Development opportunities Available from Northern Ireland Forests 2 intended that this will inform the Forest Service planning review process and assist the NITB and other partners to support the case for tourism development in forests.
