    There are two versions of the TRACES application form available depending on the type of animals or products you are exporting.

    The completed TRACES application form should be returned to your Authorised Veterinary Practitioner (aPVP) or Export Assembly Centre (EAC) operator (as appropriate) at least 3 working days in advance of the proposed export.

    TRACES application form commercial export of pets – use this application form for commercial export of pets to EU or to Third Countries transiting the Republic of Ireland. The completed application form should be returned to your aPVP at least 3 working days in advance of the proposed export.
