    Forest Service, an Agency of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural affairs has provided an opinion on the following project in respect of the Environmental Impact assessment (Forestry) regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (as amended).

    Project Type - Deforestation

    Location - Inishatieve, Carrickmore, Co. Tyrone.

    Grid reference - H 645 694

    Area - 1.55 hectares

    Project Description - Clearance of conifers

    Opinion - Not Relevant. This project is unlikely to have any significant effects on the environment. No cultural or areas of biodiversity interest will be affected by this proposal.

    Any person wishing to comment on the likely environmental effects of the above project may do so by the 20 November 2018.
