MLEIA2025041 - Scoping Opinion D3

Belfast Harbour Commissioners (the Applicant), are developing a multipurpose facility at the D3 berth located within Belfast Harbour Estate on the County Down side of Victoria Channel, directly opposite Victoria Terminal 4.  The development below Mean High Water Spring (MHWS) mark consists of the construction of a 340m solid quay with mooring dolphins and associated back filling behind the new quay, dredging of a berthing pocket to -9.8mCD and subsequent sea disposal of dredge material.
