Dalradian Gold Ltd applied for authorisation for two abstraction and impoundment (listed below) at the proposed Curraghinalt Mine, adjacent to 80 Mullydoo Road, Greencastle, County Tyrone, BT79 7QP (E258418, N383902)
- Abstraction of surface water and storage in the Clean Water Pond. (Application Reference AIL/2020/0105)
- Abstraction of Mine Water through dewatering of the underground mine and storage within the West Pond. (Application Reference AIL/2020/0106)
Applications were submitted to NIEA on the 30th September 2020 and deemed complete on the 25th November 2020.

Applications AIL2020/0105 and AIL 2020/0106 have now been deemed refused under Regulation 19 of the Abstraction and Impoundment Regulations 2006 As Amended, as a result these applications are no longer being considered
