Use this application form to register a non-commercial installation with the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA)
The Aquatic Animal Health Regulations (NI) 2009 requires installations, other than aquaculture production businesses, where aquatic animals are kept without the intention of being placed on the market to register with the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for Northern Ireland.
