The Period Products (Free Provision) Act (NI) 2022 – DAERA guidance for specified public service bodies

Under the Period Products (Free Provision) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022, specified public service bodies of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) has a statutory duty to provide period products free of charge on their premises from 12 May 2024.
This publication provides guidance to those bodies on administering their duties under the Act.

- The Livestock and Meat Commission for Northern Ireland; and
- The Northern Ireland Fishery Harbour Authority
