TE1 Anticipated Inheritance: This form should be used to apply for the transfer of BPS entitlements by Anticipated Inheritance in 2022. You must provide evidence of the legal transfer of the land e.g. amended land deed with the completed form.
TE1 Actual Inheritance: This form should be used to apply for the transfer of BPS entitlements by Actual Inheritance (i.e. following the death of the holder of the entitlements prior to or after probate has been cleared) in 2022.
