    Confirmation of the assessment process for the allocation of Additional Fishing Quota for 2024

    DAERA is pleased to confirm that Minister Muir has agreed to a new assessment process for the allocation of additional quota for Irish Sea Herring and Area 7 Nephrops for 2024. This process will involve the submission of an application form from each of Northern Ireland’s Producer Organisations; NIFPO & ANIFPO on behalf of their members.

    DAERA is now accepting applications for additional quota from Producer Organisations. Please contact your Producer Organisation for further information.
