    Dalradian Gold Ltd has applied for authorisation for the discharge of effluent comprising treated water from mine operations and treated sewage effluent arising from the mineral workings at the proposed Curraghinalt Mine adjacent to 80 Mullydoo Road, Greencastle, County Tyrone BT797QP.

    Discharge is to the waterway at E 258416 and N 383901 known as the Pollen Roe Burn. This is a small tributary of the Owenreagh River.

    The application was submitted to NIEA on 17th April 2020 and deemed complete on 14th September 2020.
