Bovine Tuberculosis Eradication Strategy for Northern Ireland

On 24 March 2022, the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, Edwin Poots MLA, launched a new Bovine Tuberculosis (bTB) Eradication Strategy for Northern Ireland. The detailed proposals within this new Strategy seek to address all of the factors that contribute to the maintenance and spread of bTB setting Northern Ireland on a path to reduce and eventually eradicate this devastating disease.
