Is Brucellosis testing being suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Routine Brucellosis testing, which had been suspended as the result of the Covid-19 pandemic, recommenced on Monday 15th June. Where a test is due and scheduled for sampling, keepers will be notified in advance by post of the date and time of the appointment.
High risk Brucellosis surveillance arrangements have remained in place during the pandemic. Farmers are reminded that they should continue to report all abortions and still births to DAERA as soon as possible.
