In service training is increasingly important for commercial growers as a means of assisting growers to meet both future market requirements and minimise unit production costs, maintaining future business competitiveness and profitability.

Available courses

Greenmount offer courses as required to meet the needs of the industry. These are often one-day courses or half-day workshops although longer courses may be available. These comprise a mix of business and enterprise management, practical skills and those designed to meet legislative requirements.

The courses are open to all growers and workers and are related to horticultural situations. There are no minimum academic requirements however some courses are offered at different levels to suit different levels of experience.
