    Event - Tuesday 17 August 2021, 7:00pm – 8:00pm

    Rural Policy Framework for NI, Employment - To increase employment opportunities available to people living in rural areas.

    This event will provide a closer look at Thematic Pillar 4: Employment within the Rural Policy Framework for NI. The focus will be on rural needs identified rather than any potential programme or delivery aspects.

    You will be able to meet members of the Rural Policy and Delivery team who will provide a brief presentation followed by an online Question and Answer session. Please feel free to put your questions to any of our panellists during the event.

    How to register & join

    You must first register for the event and provide your name and email address. If you have not already done so click here to register.

    Please note: You can join the event from 6:50pm, it will start promptly at 7:00pm.

    NB: If it is the first time you have used Webex, you might be asked to add Webex to your browser. Instead of adding to your browser, you can click on ‘run a temporary application’.

    How do I ask a question?

    If you wish, you can submit any questions you have in advance of the online event at: ruralpolicydelivery@daera-ni.gov.uk or alternatively you can ask them via the online Q&A facility during the event.

    When you join the event, your microphone will be automatically muted and you will be unable to use your video. However, you will be able to hear and see those speaking and will have the opportunity to ask questions via an online Q&A facility which allows you to type questions that may be answered during the event. You will not be able to see questions asked by other attendees.

    Answers to questions that are not covered during the event will be placed on the Rural Policy Framework for NI consultation section on the DAERA Website.
