  • Water Regulation

Applications for Domestic consent should be made using the online portal at:

Applications for other types of authorisation (industrial consents, pumping stations or abstraction and impoundment licences) can be made using the application forms available on the website at:

    • Regulating water discharges
    • Applying to abstract or impound water

Staff are currently operating on a hybrid working arrangement so not all members of the team will be in the office at any given time. Should you require advice on your application, it is recommended you contact the team by email to ensure you message is actioned promptly.
