- implementation of the 2010-13 Regulatory Charging Policy;
- proposals for a Regulatory Charging Policy for 2013-16;
- options for the introduction of risk-based charging;
- proposals for charges associated with wider regulatory and added-value services;
- funding for a more flexible, outcome-focused regulatory approach to meet industry needs and the challenges ahead
