Review of Northern Ireland Environment Agency Regulatory Charging Policy 2010-13

The Regulatory Charging Policy covers those fees and charges associated with waste, water and pollution control regulations.

Proposals for review are:

• implementation of the 2010-13 Regulatory Charging Policy;
• proposals for a Regulatory Charging Policy for 2013-16;

• options for the introduction of risk-based charging;

• proposals for charges associated with wider regulatory and added-value services;
• funding for a more flexible, outcome-focused regulatory approach to meet industry needs and the challenges ahead
