  • CAFRE Enniskillen Graduate Internship with Fastnet Stud

    Ruairi Craven from the College of Agriculture Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE), Enniskillen Campus and has been offered a 12 month internship at Fastnet Stud, Kildare.

    BSc Honours graduate Ruairi Craven, Co Wexford.

    Ruairi graduated with an Honours Degree in Equine Management. His internship will include all general stud duties associated with the care of mares, foals and yearlings, as well as sales preparation of foals and yearlings. Fastnet Stud has 10 well bred mares, the majority being sisters to Group 1 winners or Black type producers who visited leading sires in 2016, such as Sea The Stars, Mastercraftsman and Kodiac.
