Friends for life at CAFRE

Date published: 15 May 2018

When we started the Level 3 in Equine Management programme in September 2016 at CAFRE, neither of us knew anyone at Enniskillen Campus - and little did we know both of us would make a friend for life.

Tegan McCormack, Newmills, riding Maylin and Katie Thompson, Coleraine, riding Diablo at Enniskillen Campus.

We’ve gone from not knowing each other to becoming inseparable (quite literally), even spending our last year being room-mates.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the course, both the academic and social side and we've a lot of happy memories together. We plan to keep in touch on a regular basis, even though we may be planning to take different routes within the equine industry.

If it wasn’t for CAFRE neither of us would have made a friend for life and we are both very grateful for the great opportunities it has provided us with!
