The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) has stocked the following waters with takeable fish in January 2026:
7 January - Bellanaleck, Rainbow Brown Trout, 1,000.
8 January - Brantry, Rainbow Brown Trout, 1,000.
9 January - Marshallstown, Rainbow Brown Trout, 1,000.
12 January - Moor Lough, Brown Trout, 1,500.
13 January - Castlewellan, Brown Trout, 1,500.
14 January - Stoneyford, Brown Trout, 1,500.
15 January - Keenaghan, Brown Trout, 1,500.
16 January - Altnahinch, Brown Trout, 1,500.
19 January - Killylane, Brown Trout, 1,500.
20 January - Achork, Brown Trout, 1,500.
21 January - Meenameen, Brown Trout, 1,500.
22 January - Glencrewan, Brown Trout, 1,500.
23 January - Lower South, Brown Trout, 500.
28 January - Lough Braden, Brown Trout, 500.
29 January - Lower South, Brown Trout, 500.
30 January - Middle South, Brown Trout, 500.
