Our Enniskillen Campus Open Day is being held this Saturday 7 October, with tours available to book at 11am and 2pm.

Another academic year has started at CAFRE and our students are eager to show you around the excellent equine facilities they get to use. Book to join us as you plan your journey to a career in the equine sector, visit the CAFRE website for more information.

Our courses range from a City and Guilds Level 2 Technical Certificate in Equine Care to an Ulster University validated BSc (Hons) Degree in Equine Management. With a range of entry levels you are sure to find a course to suit you.

Students at CAFRE gain knowledge in all aspects of equine management including horse handling and exercise, horse care, equitation, racing, nutrition, equine health and equine science along with enterprise and business management.

A number of visits to equine establishments complement what students learn through their course, as well as providing a very important insight into potential equine careers.

Full-time Further Education courses (Level 2 and Level 3 programmes) have no tuition fees. Information on fees for our full-time Higher Education courses (Foundation Degree and Honours Degree) can be found on the CAFRE website.

Once enrolled at CAFRE, Degree students can also compete for industry bursaries and scholarships. Through our close links leading equine businesses and ancillary sector organisations students may be awarded bursaries of £1,500 or scholarship awards of £2,500.

Book now to attend our Open Day at Enniskillen Campus on Saturday 7 October and discover how we can assist you in securing a career in the equine industry. View our teaching and practical facilities, speak to students and staff. Make CAFRE your career choice. We hope to see you there!
