The Forestry Grant Schemes require to be notified to the European Commission under Commission Regulation (EU) No 702/2014 declaring certain categories of aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).
The Forestry Grant Scheme numbers will be published on the DARD website when available.
Articles 32, 33, 35, 40 and 41 of Regulation No 702/2014 will be utilised by the Forestry Grant Schemes and are granted subject to assessment against the detailed conditions of the Regulation and will not exceed the €7.5 million limit per investment project.
