Authorisations by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) as the Competent Authority for Northern Ireland under Regulation (EC) 1069/2009 and Commission Regulation (EU) 142/2011.
Certain authorisations require the operator to be registered/approved under Regulation (EC) 1069/2009, or by prior agreement of DAERA.
