    Application for Consent to Discharge TrC 80/20 Applications have been made to the NIEA an Agency of the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs for authorisation under the Water Order 1999 as amended.

    Dalradian Gold Ltd has applied for authorisation for the discharge of effluent including road and yard run-off, mine water from underground workings and run-off from reclaimed mine waste storage area, arising from mineral workings at the proposed Curraghinalt Mine, adjacent to 80 Mullydoo Road, Greencastle, County Tyrone, BT79 7QP.

    Proposed discharge is to the waterway at E 257077 N 386907, known as the Curraghinalt Burn. This is a small tributary of the Owenkillew River

    Application was submitted to NIEA on 17th April 2020 and deemed complete on 18th August 2020.
