General Licences available in relation to the Bluetongue incursion in Northern Ireland can be viewed and downloaded for use below.
BTV 31 - General Licence Movement Licence Germinal Products
BTV 38 - General Licence to permit herd and flock keepers to move animals to direct slaughter. This General licence and the movement document MC2 (Cattle) or SG2 (Sheep) shall accompany the animals being moved. Print this General Licence off/or download it and have it with the animals during movement.
BTV 39 - General Licence to permit herd and flock keepers to move animals from the unrestricted area into a Bluetongue Temporary Control Zone (TCZ). This General licence and the movement document MC2 (Cattle) or SG2 (Sheep) shall accompany the animals being moved. Print this General Licence off/or download it, and have it with the animals during movement.
