    The Climate Change (Reporting Bodies) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024 (SR 2024, No.93) place climate change reporting duties on specified public bodies, as required under section 42 of the Climate Change Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 (the Act).The Regulations were made on 12th April 2024. They were subject to the negative resolution procedure under the Act, which means that they were laid in the Assembly for 21 days, before they became operational. They came into operation on 3rd May 2024.A list of the individual public bodies specified in the Regulations can be viewed here.
