Date published: 11 September 2018

This Contingency Plan summarises DAERA’s arrangements for controlling and eradicating epizootic disease in Northern Ireland. It is based upon strategic, tactical, and operational command structures. Whilst this plan establishes a framework for responding to both a suspected and confirmed case of epizootic disease, it is also part of a wider set of disease prevention activities.
