To operate effectively, organisations need systems of direction, control and management. This Corporate Governance Framework provides the system of direction and control within DAERA. It confirms the scope of the Department’s corporate governance arrangements and explains the importance placed on organisational structures, policies, plans and review arrangements which have been established to properly manage the Department’s affairs.
