If you are unhappy with the way in which the Department has handled your personal data, you should email the DAERA Data Protection Officer with the details of your complaint.
Details of your complaint should be forwarded to the DAERA Data Protection Officer at dataprotectionofficer@daera-ni.gov.uk.
If you prefer to mail your complaint, you can post the details to:
