Guidance for keepers on the identification and movement of sheep and goats

This guidance explains to keepers the new rules for tagging sheep and goats and recording their movements. The new rules are laid down in European Law (Council Regulation 21/2004) and national law (The Sheep and Goats (Records, Identification and Movement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009).
