A guide to the Rural Needs Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 for Public Authorities (revised)

This revised guidance is issued by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) to assist public authorities in understanding their statutory duties under the Rural Needs Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 2 (‘the Act’) and in fulfilling their obligations under the Act.
This revised guidance replaces the previous guidance that was issued in May 2017.
