House Prices and Sales

This data is drawn from information collected for the Northern Ireland Residential Property Price Index, which is published by the Northern Ireland Land and Property Services assisted by the Northern Ireland Statistics & Research Agency.  The Index uses stamp duty information on residential property sales recorded by HMRC to measure change in the price of residential property sold in Northern Ireland.
