North Channel Wind (NCW) Limited, as the future applicant, has asked the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) for a Scoping Opinion under Regulation 13 of the Marine Works (EIA) Regulations, as to the information required in an Environmental Statement (ES) to be supplied for the above proposed development.
