Installation of floating pontoon units at Abercorn Basin within Belfast Harbour for pleasure craft use. The extent of marine construction works will be limited to the driving of mooring piles to secure pontoon walkways. The proposed pontoon walkways shall be installed as an extension to the current existing floating pontoons in Abercorn basin and provide an additional 40 berths for pleasure craft and additional berthage for search & rescue craft.
