Project Description: The proposed work comprises of alterations to the existing slipway to a single residential dwelling at 37 Shore Road, Carrickfergus.
The proposed work involves the placement of precast interlocking concrete ‘Lego’ blocks to provide form work to contain rock armour fill and finished with reinforced concrete slipway construction. The precast interlocking concrete will be buttressed with rock armour and then concrete will be poured over the old slipway and tampered to provide a suitable surface for boat access.
