Project Description: The project includes the demolition of an existing seawall at the MHWS level which has fallen into disrepair and the construction of a new seawall which serves a replacement dwelling located on the shorefront. The replacement dwelling is currently under construction. The existing seawall has already been demolished and the new seawall foundation has been partly constructed.
