- Project Description: The works on the River Lagan will involve the replacement of the existing 2.8 m by 1.6 m storm water outfall valve at Donegal Quay. A pontoon will be used to access the outfall, allowing the existing rubber valve to be removed and lifted to ground level for disposal. A new prefabricated valve will then be lowered from ground level, positioned via the pontoon, and fixed to the wall and culvert outlet.
